Wayne was very professional from start to finish with the buying and selling of our homes. His knowledge of the market was excellent and he had a great understanding and patience with our queries. Wayne offers a courtesy trailer which was extremely generous and this allowed us to move our furniture at a time that was suitable for us. Overall i would give Wayne 10/10 and i would recommend him as he made our moving journey as stress free as is possible.

When selling my house from another state it was important that I had trust in my agent and Wayne was amazing at keeping me informed really well about the market, how the home opens were going and in representing my interests. I really like the way he used recorded video messages by way of updates rather than just emails or text messages.
Having secured an offer, it Wayne made the remainder of the process stress free for me, supported me with some work on the property after the final inspection.
